Antique Louis XIV style fireplace in royal red marble veined with gray and white. “Basket handle” model. It consists of a mantelshelf molded with a beak of corbin, a lintel shaped like a basket handle with a bead and moldings continuing on the sides, and two slightly curved jambs in a sheath style on pedestals.
