Parisian Regency period fireplace in red Royal marble veined with grey. The crosspiece in the center features a motif of a shell and foliage curling around the molding, rounded molded motifs, and scrolls with leaf drops at the heads. The mantel is molded with a crow’s beak profile, crowning the heads in a slight projection. The jambs with chapels also feature a scroll accentuating the curve. An inner frame molding highlights the curve of the jambs.
